Thank you for shopping with MooMoo K-pop.
We ship physical products such as K-pop albums, photo cards, and collectible merchandise from the United States.
## Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note:
- processing times may be longer during pre-orders, restocks, holidays, major releases, or promotional periods
- orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays
## Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Estimated transit times:
- United States: 3 to 7 business days
- Canada: 7 to 21 business days
These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or high shipment volume.
## Shipping Destinations
At this time, we ship only to:
- the United States
- Canada
We do not currently ship to other international destinations.
## Pre-Orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, your order may be held until all items are available to ship.
If you want in-stock and pre-order items shipped separately, you may need to place separate orders.
Pre-order release dates and shipping timelines are estimates and may change.
## Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
## Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customers in Canada are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, GST/HST, or other destination fees that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
## Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s control.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if you experience an issue, please log in to your customer account and contact us through our Contact page, and we will do our best to help.
## Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery through our Contact page
Please include:
- your order number
- photos of the damaged item
- photos of the shipping box and label
- a brief description of the issue
